Dan Curtis is a highly experienced real estate professional with more than 25+ years of hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and investment properties. Serving Bedford, Manchester, Goffstown, and surrounding areas in New Hampshire, Dan combines deep market knowledge with real-world ownership experience to guide clients through complex real estate decisions.

In the past year alone, Dan closed over $8 million in sales volume and has earned multiple industry recognitions, including the Chairman’s Gold Award (top 2%) and placement in the Honors Society for several consecutive years. He was also ranked #1 in the state for Gross Commission Income (GCI) in March—an achievement that reflects both performance and client trust.

Dan began his real estate journey in 1984 when he purchased his first apartment building, later forming Curtis Properties where he owned and managed multiple residential and commercial assets.
